The Pink House is available on an exclusive hire basis only. All stays are priced per guest.
One night stays
Thursday or Friday Bookings
£150 per guest
Minimum payment: 14 guests

Saturday or Sunday Bookings
£180 per guest
Minimum payment: 14 guests
Check-in: 2:00 pm Check-out: 12:00 pm
Monday–Wednesday Bookings
Stays may occasionally be accommodated subject to availability and the nature of the stay. Pricing follows the same structure as Thursday or Friday stays.

Please note: In April and May, as well as during bank holiday weekends, a minimum stay of two nights applies.
Planning your stay
Planning a stay at The Pink House is designed to feel clear, flexible and considered. Whether you are booking a one-night celebration, a longer stay or something more bespoke, you will find everything you need below.
Capacity
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 21 guests overnight, utilising shared bedrooms and caravans. This is the maximum sleeping capacity across all rooms and caravans when fully occupied.
Day guests
We can welcome up to four additional day guests until 10:00pm at £80 per guest. The maximum capacity for a private hire stay is 25 guests. For larger groups please get in touch to discuss your requirements and receive a bespoke quote.
Options
For groups of 16 guests or fewer, the house and garden room will be set up for overnight accommodation. If more space is required the caravans can also be prepared upon request for an additional fee of £150 per caravan. For groups of 17 guests or more, sleeping arrangements including one or both caravans will be prepared according to final confirmed guest numbers at no additional cost.
Larger celebrations
For wedding celebrations and other occasions exceeding 25 guests, bespoke arrangements can be made. These events are subject to minimum spend requirements and supplementary staffing and licensing fees. Please share your vision and guest numbers so we can prepare a bespoke quotation.
Seasonal celebrations
Easter Weekend Two night stay £350 per guest Minimum payment: 10 guests New Year's Eve £200 per guest Minimum payment: 14 guests Christmas Stay Three night stay: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day £495 per guest Minimum payment: 10 guests Festive Celebrations The Pink House is available for festive celebrations from late November through to January. Stays are priced in line with our standard rates, with a seasonal menu and entertainment available as optional additions.

Our pricing is structured per person to ensure every group receives the same exceptional level of service, regardless of size.
Booking requirements & Deposits
Booking
To start the booking process we will need the following information: Full name Address Phone number Confirmed number of guests (this can be adjusted up to one month before your stay) Once received, we will issue a booking form outlining the details of your stay, including payment instructions for the house hire deposit. Once your deposit is received we will confirm your dates and begin planning your stay. Catering and entertainment can be secured with a 50% deposit of the total invoice and can be organised after your house hire is confirmed
Deposits
Due to high demand, dates at The Pink House are secured by payment of a booking deposit. Deposit structure: 1 night: £1,200 2 nights: £1,800 3 nights: £2,400 Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your stay. Catering and Entertainment For all catering and entertainment services, 50% of the total invoice is due to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable alongside the house hire balance, one month prior to your stay. Security Deposit A £500 refundable security deposit is required for all stays and is taken two weeks prior to arrival. This is returned within five days of departure, provided the Guest Agreement has been respected. We trust our guests implicitly and are pleased to say this is almost always simply a formality.
Age requirement
To maintain the atmosphere of The Pink House, we welcome groups aged 25 and over, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Catering, Entertainment & Decor
Catering
We offer an in-house catering service designed to complement the atmosphere of The Pink House and the way our guests gather and celebrate. Working exclusively with our trusted team allows us to ensure quality, consistency and a seamless experience throughout your stay. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate third-party caterers. A curated selection of menus is available, ranging from relaxed street food style feasting to fully serviced private dining experiences. Full details and pricing can be found on our dedicated catering page. All menu pricing is based on 14 guests. For smaller parties we would be happy to provide a bespoke quotation.
Entertainment
We work with a select group of trusted suppliers, chosen for their ability to complement the atmosphere of the house and deliver a consistently high standard of experience. A range of options is available on our Experiences page. If you have something more specific in mind, we are always happy to advise on what works best within the house. To maintain the quality and flow of each stay, all entertainment is arranged exclusively through our trusted partners.
Decor
The Pink House is a home and curated art installation, designed to feel complete just as it is. Additional decorations are often unnecessary. Guests are welcome to bring thoughtful, non-invasive personal touches, such as small keepsakes, photos, or goody bags, provided they do not attach to or alter the house. Bespoke décor options can also be arranged through our in-house creative team for those wishing to elevate the space further. If you have any questions about what is recommended or how best to use the space, we are always happy to advise.

What's included
When you hire The Pink House, it is entirely yours. We include a number of thoughtful details to ensure your stay feels effortless from the moment you arrive. We offer a complimentary event planning service to help shape your gathering, along with online delivery receipt and organisation should you choose to do a food and drink shop for your stay. Luxury bedding, shower towels and hot tub towels are all provided. The house is fully stocked with crockery, glassware and cutlery, as well as essential household provisions including toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and bin bags. A selection of essential toiletries is also available for your convenience. You arrive to a home that is ready to be enjoyed.
