The Rooms
The Pink House, Essex
Each room at The Pink House has its own character and story. Together they create a flowing sequence of spaces designed for gathering, celebration and indulgence.
From the moment you step through the flower cave entrance, you know you have arrived somewhere entirely apart from the ordinary. Floor to ceiling blooms, an atmosphere unlike anything you have encountered before and so much more of the house still to discover.
Gather & Socialise
The Pink House was made for people who love to be together. From intimate conversation corners to rooms that hold a crowd, every space has its own atmosphere and an invitation to forget the outside world and enjoy the moment.

The Green Room
The room immediately makes you feel like you are somewhere special. Welcoming enough for quiet moments, generous enough for the whole group to settle into. Many guests say it is their favourite room in the house and once you have spent time in it, it is easy to see why.

The Firehouse Bar
Inspired by the UK Firefighters Calendar, founded by retired firefighter and Eaton House Studio co-founder and running since the early 1990s, the Firehouse Bar sits at the heart of the ground floor. The perfect spot for a welcome drink, a gathering point between rooms and a natural hub for larger groups. Every detail tells a story and there are always new things to discover throughout your stay

The Rose Room
The Rose Room is an immersive kitchen and social space drenched in rose tones, floral and fairy lit drama, theatricality and sparkling detail, because the kitchen is always at the heart of a good party.

Celebrate
Some houses are simply made for celebration. The Pink House is one of them.

The Celebration Room
The Pink House has a dedicated celebration space that can be configured to suit your occasion. Arriving dressed and ready, what you see here is how the room looks on your arrival as standard, before a single addition is made. Seats up to 25 guests for dining, with space to gather, dance and celebrate, with catering, entertainment and personalised décor all available to enhance your stay.
After Hours
Sometimes an after party calls. At The Pink House it is all under one roof, inspired by the legendary Soho members clubs of the 1990s where Eaton House Studio's creative director spent many a night hosting and even more nights celebrating. The energy of those evenings lives on here.

The Cosmic Leopard Lounge
An after hours hideaway with an otherworldly atmosphere, layered with nostalgia, low lighting, and leopard print. Complete with an American-style pool table, it is a room made for music, cocktails, and late-night moments.

Stay
The Pink House sleeps up to 21 guests across seven distinctly designed bedrooms, a cosy snug day bed and two garden caravans, each with its own distinct personality.

The Iconic Pink Bedroom
The first room created at The Pink House, featured in magazines and campaigns worldwide and credited with inspiring a generation of pink interiors. Photos of the room went viral in 2013 and it has continued to capture attention ever since. This is where it all began. The traditional choice for the guest of honour.

The Sweetheart
Nostalgic, charming and deeply romantic. Floral wallpaper, a heart headboard, a Hollywood dressing table and the softest of details make this one of the most beloved rooms in the house. Sleeps four, with a double ensuite and walk in wardrobe.

The Sleeping Beauty
Mirror on the wall, this room is inspired by the classic fairytale ending. Part Sleeping Beauty, part Secret Garden, part Through the Looking Glass. Gold mirrors, trailing roses, floral curtains and warm amber light create a room that feels like it has always existed in a dream. Complete with its own ensuite.

The Pink Jungle
For the leopard print lovers of this world. Floor to ceiling pink leopard print, a zebra carpet, tropical botanicals and a tiger artwork. A room that commits completely to its name. If a leopard is your spirit animal, this room is for you.

The Barbiecore Bedroom
For as long as the house has been pink, guests have affectionately nicknamed it "The Barbie House." When the Barbie feature film was due to be released in 2023, BBC and ITV chose The Pink House to film their launch segments and The Barbiecore Room was created in its honour. This room really makes you feel like a Barbie girl in a Barbie world.

The Boudoir
The walls are lined with original Victorian flocked wallpaper, discovered in a family attic in the United States and brought back to the UK to find its rightful place at The Pink House. Intimate, opulent and steeped in history, The Boudoir is the only ground floor bedroom in the house.

The Snug
The second floor west wing of The Pink House is home to the majority of the bedrooms, creating a sleeping quarters that feels like the ultimate sleepover. The Snug sits nestled on the glittery landing and is an additional sleeping space for larger groups or somewhere to retreat to in between everything else.

Angel Baby
This garden room is surrounded by nature and off the courtyard of the main house. The walls feature an original mural by celebrated Kawaii artist Bei Badgirl, an Australian based artist and designer who draws inspiration from the Superflat movement and whose work has been commissioned by Hasbro, Sanrio and many others. The room also houses the dollhouse featured in Little Mix's Bounce Back video, alongside a bespoke glitter coffin commissioned by a guest to give her best friend the most extraordinary send-off to single life imaginable.
Refresh
The Pink House has three ensuites, four powder rooms and the True Romance Shower Suite. Fluffy towels and toiletries included.

The True Romance Shower Suite
Inspired by a vintage Vivienne Westwood tee shirt and Tarantino films, the True Romance Shower Suite is available to all guests throughout their stay. All of the walls are meticulously placed black and white mosaic tiles, the words True Love, Lust and Passion woven into the design alongside the Westwood signature skull and crossbones, and a crown above the throne for good measure.
Step Outside
The garden at The Pink House is an extension of the world inside. Stone pathways wind through mature planting, past a decorative courtyard space and unexpected details at every turn. There is an American style Saloon at the end of the golden paved road, and two garden caravans offer their own distinct sleeping spaces beyond the main house.

The Wild West
Explore further and the world shifts again. The garden is a nod to Americana, born from the creative director's roots growing up in California. A Grand Canyon mural, a western saloon and a lovingly curated trailer park of two all add to The Pink House journey.

The Saloon
A love letter to the American dive bars along Route 66. The Saloon is a fully realised garden bar and lounge unlike anything you would expect to find at the end of an Essex garden. The handmade tree trunk bar was originally designed and made for a Formula One party for champion racer Sebastian Vettel, an event that Eaton House Studio did the production design for, and now has its permanent home in this one of a kind social space at The Pink House.

The Caravans
The Brits call them caravans. Americans call them trailers. Whatever you call them, The Pink House has two, both spaces inspired by Americana royalty.

Dolly
Inspired by the one and only queen of country music, Dolly Parton. Step inside and it feels like you are in her own personal caravan from another time, perfectly pink and full of Dolly memorabilia. Murals of the Smoky Mountains fill the windows, transporting you to her Tennessee home without ever leaving Essex. This space is a tribute to the beauty, humour and wisdom of a true icon. 'If you want the rainbow, you have got to put up with the rain' — Dolly

Neon Moon
Inspired by Brooks and Dunn's iconic song about the neon lit dive bars of America, The Neon Moon Caravan is an original 1970s caravan full of wanderlust and analogue nostalgia. Warm wood panelling on the inside, an American porch on the outside and a weathered desert sunset mural create a space that transports you to a different era and a different continent for that matter. For those who like their adventures with a little soul.
