Our Story
Eaton House Studio began with The Pink House in Essex, Amy Griffith’s distinctive vision brought to life in 2009. What followed was not simply a house, but a creative practice spanning spaces, hospitality, product and consultancy that continues to grow worldwide.

Founder and Creative Director,
Eaton House Studio
Eaton House Studio is the creative work of California native, multidisciplinary artist and entrepreneur Amy Griffith. Some people design spaces. Amy builds worlds.
Spanning brand, space, image and experience, Eaton House Studio is built on three decades of work across fashion, design, hospitality and visual storytelling, with a perspective shaped by life across three continents.
Her background began in fashion and luxury. By the age of 23, she held the senior role of Buying and Merchandising Manager at Agent Provocateur, leading an international team and working closely with founder Joe Corré at the height of the brand’s cultural impact. It was an early and formative lesson in what it takes to build something with a distinctive global point of view.
Established in 2009, The Pink House became the most visible expression of Amy’s vision: an iconic, image-led destination for private hire, celebrations and high-profile shoots that put Eaton House Studio on the map.

The Pink House and beyond
Amy’s work has extended internationally across brand consultancy, creative direction, production design and hospitality. Her projects range from consulting on immersive private spaces to large-scale brand experiences, including transforming an empty warehouse into an Alpine village for one night to celebrate Sebastian Vettel’s fourth consecutive Formula One World Championship with Red Bull Racing.
Amy’s approach is defined not only by how a space looks, but by how it feels. She is a curator of atmosphere, shaping spaces through colour, light, music, scent, taste, texture and the emotional rhythm of a room. Every detail is considered, creating immersive sensory worlds that feel distinctive, emotional and deeply intentional. The result is highly visual, but also physical, layered and created to be felt.
That instinct now continues through Starseed House Marrakech, where Amy’s language of identity, emotion and sensory world-building is expressed through a new architectural and cultural lens.

Alongside her own properties and projects, Amy works with a select number of founders, brands and spaces as a consultant and creative partner, helping shape distinctive concepts, stronger identities and experiences that leave a lasting impression.
