Shipping
We currently ship selected products worldwide.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If an item is made to order or produced to a specific specification, dispatch times may be longer. Any lead time will be stated on the product page or confirmed before payment.
Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that your delivery information is correct at the time of ordering. Eaton House Studio Ltd is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional storage charges, or returned parcels caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
International orders
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees, clearance charges or similar charges imposed by the destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported into the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, border inspections, local import processes, or other factors outside our control.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, import restrictions, or local delivery issues, any refund will be at our discretion and may be reduced to reflect shipping, return shipping, customs, handling or administrative costs incurred by us.
Paint orders
All paint is tinted to order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations on paint orders. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure you are happy with the colour before purchase.
Please check your chosen colour, finish, quantity and product details carefully before placing your order.
Other returns
For any non-paint items where a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or sent incorrectly.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact hello@eatonhousestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or sent incorrectly, we will review the matter and offer an appropriate resolution in line with your legal rights.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
