For over 15 years, Eaton House Studio has hosted private group stays and bespoke celebrations. Below you will find our current house rates, minimum stays, and booking information to help you plan your visit with ease.
Exclusive House Hire
All stays at Eaton House Studio's The Pink House are offered on an exclusive-use basis.
One-Night Stays
Thursday or Friday Bookings (June-March)
£150 per guest
Minimum payment: 14 guests
Check-in: 12:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am
Saturday or Sunday Bookings
£180 per guest
Minimum payment: 14 guests
Check-in: 2:00 pm Check-out: 12:00 pm
Monday–Wednesday stays may occasionally be accommodated subject to availability. Pricing follows the same structure as Thursday or Friday stays..
Two-Nights or more
Standard Bookings (two nights or more)
£295 per guest
Minimum payment: 10 guests
Check-in: 2:00 pm. Check-out: 12:00 pm
Additional Nights
£120 per guest, per night
(Minimum payment requirement applies)
Please note: In April and May, as well as during bank holiday weekends, a minimum stay of two nights applies.
Larger celebrations
For wedding celebrations and other occasions exceeding 25 guests, we are delighted to accommodate your plans. These events are subject to minimum spend requirements, as well as supplementary staffing and licensing fees. Please share your vision and guest numbers so we can prepare a bespoke quotation.

Pricing structure
Our pricing is structured per person to meet insurance and operational requirements. This ensures The Pink House remains accessible to a range of group sizes while maintaining the same exceptional level of service for every stay.
Day guests
We can welcome up to four additional day guests until 10:00 pm at £80 per guest. The property’s maximum capacity for a private-hire stay is 25 guests.
Capacity
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 21 guests overnight, utilising shared bedrooms and caravans. This represents our maximum sleeping capacity when all designated arrangements are in use.
Options
For groups of 16 guests or fewer, the house and garden room will be set up for overnight accommodation. If your group includes 16 guests or fewer and you would also like the caravans prepared, these can be arranged for an additional £120 per caravan.

Due to high demand, we are unable to hold dates without a deposit.
To check availability and begin the booking process, please share your preferred dates and group details via the enquiry form. Once your paperwork has been prepared, we are pleased to offer first refusal on your requested dates for up to seven days while you arrange your deposit.
