In-House Partner Requirement
All catering and entertainment services must be arranged through our trusted in-house partners. This allows us to ensure quality, reliability, and a seamless experience from planning to execution.
NO Third-Party Suppliers
External or third-party suppliers are not permitted. This policy helps us maintain venue standards and avoid logistical or operational issues.
Dietary Requirements
We are happy to accommodate dietary needs and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, allergy-specific, or custom requests. Please share all requirements in advance so arrangements can be made accordingly.
Advance Booking Recommendation
To guarantee availability and the best experience, we strongly recommend booking catering and entertainment services ahead of time, especially during peak seasons.
Self-Catering
For guests who prefer to self-cater, the following guidelines are provided to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience during your stay.
Supermarket Deliveries
Supermarket and grocery deliveries are accepted at the property. Guests are welcome to arrange deliveries in advance to ensure everything is ready upon arrival.
Delivery Timing
We recommend scheduling deliveries to arrive after check-in or at an agreed time to allow our team to assist if needed and ensure secure access to the property.
Kitchen Use & Post-Delivery Process
Once deliveries arrive, guests may store items in the designated kitchen areas. Please ensure the kitchen is left clean and tidy after use, with all items properly stored and waste disposed of according to house guidelines.
Bar & Drinks
Base glassware
The house is equipped with one prosecco flute and one stemless wine glass per guest, along with standard kitchen glassware for everyday use.
Self-Service Bar Option
For guests looking to elevate their experience, a self-service bar setup can be arranged for an additional charge. This option includes specialist glassware, cocktail napkins, and curated garnishes.
Hosted Mixologist Option
If you prefer a fully hosted experience, our in-house mixologist can be booked to prepare and serve drinks for your group, creating a seamless and elevated bar experience throughout your stay.

We’re often asked whether a small number of guests can arrive earlier to set up ahead of the main group.

Unfortunately, early access is not possible unless an early check-in has been arranged in advance, and availability cannot always be guaranteed.

The guest who has made the booking must be present at check-in and remain onsite for the duration of the stay to act as the main point of contact.
Music, Sound & Late-Night Guidelines
Indoor Music
The Pink House is designed for celebration, and indoor music is part of the experience throughout your stay.
Music may be played inside the house at any time using the in-house speaker system, which can be connected via Bluetooth or USB-C.
The White Room & Garden Access
The White Room opens directly onto the garden and therefore requires particular care with sound.
When music is playing in this space, all doors and windows must remain closed. Guests should access the outdoor smoking area via the kitchen door only.
Outdoor Music
Outdoor music must be kept to a minimum and is restricted to the Saloon Bar area only.
All outdoor music must conclude by 10:00 pm.
After 10:00 pm
After 10:00 pm, all celebrations must take place indoors.
When music is playing, doors and windows must remain closed to ensure sound remains contained within the house.
Styling, Décor & House Care
Design Philosophy
The Pink House is both a home and a curated art installation, thoughtfully designed to feel complete just as it is. We ask that the house is enjoyed as presented, allowing the design, colour, and atmosphere to shine naturally.
Personal Touches
Thoughtful, non-invasive personal touches such as personalised gifts, printed photos, or keepsakes are welcome, provided they do not attach to or alter any part of the house.
Prohibited Items
To protect the interiors, furniture must not be moved or stood on at any time.

For safety and preservation of the space, open flames, loose glitter, confetti, attachments of any kind, and gas canisters — including helium or cooking gas — are not permitted within the house.

Residential Setting
The Pink House is located in a quiet, residential area.
We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels, particularly when outdoors, to ensure a comfortable environment for our neighbours.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the designated area located in the back garden. Please use this area responsibly and dispose of waste appropriately.
Guest List Policy
Only guests listed on your confirmed guest list are permitted on-site at any time. This policy helps us maintain safety, security, and a positive experience for everyone.
Hot Tub Use
The hot tub is available for use until 10:00 pm. For safety reasons, it must not be used by anyone who has been drinking alcohol.
